Straight Talk

Rule Number One: Know EXACTLY what you are going to pay up front, before you are hit with "extras." Surprises are only fun at birthday parties!

Some of our competitors will tell you just about anything to get your business… Have them explain why they had to go from a "for profit" operation to a non-profit organization that is going to save the world. How does that make sense and benefit you????

Some of our competitors won't tell you everything… like the fact that they have been banned from processing workers through the Consulates in Mexico or that they plead guilty to visa fraud and were fined six figures. It looks like another agent and his staff are going to jail for visa fraud and criminally manipulating the H-2B. Be careful of organizations that bend the rules until they break while the rest of us who play by the rules suffer the consequences of this deliberate reckless behavior. If it happens again where does it leave you? Not exactly who you would want on your team!!

AMIGOS has the most experienced team in the country. Period!

Nobody's perfect. However, AMIGOS has a 99.75% success rate.

Some will quote a fee for services the first year, and a lower fee the second. How long would you stay in business if you significantly cut your prices for the same job for the second year? Kinda makes you wonder… How are they going to make it up… because you know they will!

Some will tell you housing isn't your concern. While it is true there is no requirement to provide housing, common sense tells you otherwise. If you went to a foreign country and did not speak the language, could you find and arrange for housing? Didn't think so!!

Don't be deceived by "menu" pricing. Some take the "a la carte" approach and quote a low fee initially, then say, "Oh, you need recruiting and processing in Mexico? Dang! That'll be extra…" and by that time, it's too late to change - Double Dang!! Over the years, we have found that most companies need all of the above, so we include these services in our fee. The only additional costs you will incur with AMIGOS are the required two-day newspaper ad and all of the USCIS Fees, Premium Processing - $1000.00, Filing - $190.00 and Fraud - $150.00, all of which are per application filed, not per worker. Due to new regulations, employers are now responsible for their workers’ transportation costs from Mexico, as well as, the worker’s visa fee ($131.00) and the I-94 fee ($6.00). Please know, the government can change these requirements and fees at any time.

The bottom-line is, this ain't "rocket science". While it is difficult, our job is to make it easy on you and have some fun at the same time. When you are ready for straight honest answers, call Bob Wingfield toll free at (877) 3-AMIGOS or (877-326-4467).
